Every year I spend a lot of time planning my Thanksgiving menu. Much of that time is trying to remember what I served the year before, and when I started preparing each dish. This year we hosted our 13th Thanksgiving meal. I change most of the recipes every year, but this year I did repeat one vegetable side dish (Chard and Leek Gratin), and I usually make my favorite Cranberry Relish. I will post each dish after this menu, but I hope to save myself time next year by having a complete menu documented!
